3. Promote and sell Travel and allied services like rail, car rental, accommodation, cruise liners, and tour packages. Maintain excellent good customer service standards to retain customer loyalty
4. Use a variety of GDS (Global Distribution System) like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre, etc. to plan, make reservations and issue ticket
